ARTPRZ is an Art Competition that takes place in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Artists across the world submit their work to be displayed throughout all of Grand Rapids—museums, parks, restaurants, bridges, etc. As the competition gets closer, Grand Rapids is transformed into a city-wide art exhibit packed with art at every corner. It’s a chance for west Michiganders and tourists alike to experience over 750+ pieces of original artwork and vote on their favorite pieces. Since attending the first-ever ART PRZ in 2009, it’s been a fountain of inspiration, possibility, and connection. Growing up with ART PRZ shaped my artistic experience and eventually led me to embrace the challenge of rebranding it.
